Hello lovers of all things Juice, let’s get filled in on some of the recent goings-on at the Daily Juice.
First let’s all check the cold deli cases for some new dishes ready for grab and go. Chef Dave has developed a Vietnamese style vermicelli bowl composed of coconut noodle strips topped with marinated portabella mushrooms and crispy carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, and crushed almonds to be finished with a sweet and sour ginger sauce. If this doesn’t take your taste buds to the Far East and your conception of Raw Foods to the Far Out, nothing will. Our pastry chef Ammie has been stocking assorted flavors of Raw Pie that include maca coconut, goji cacao, and mint chocolate. Her intricate attention to detail radiates with every delicate bite, the smaller taste the better as with any dessert of this magnitude as staying power is the key to making it last.
Wednesday March 3rd, Daily Juice cocktails will be adorning the adoring hands of curious music lovers at the Mohawk for “From the Mind Of Adi” from 6-10 pm with headliners She Sir. Come try a Jalapina Margarita or a Lemon Ginger Martini if you want to kick your mid week happy hour in cruise control, and be home for an early bedtime.
